this sensor is really easy to install, you basically just plug it in, enter the formula in the program and its up and running,
at first i had some trouble as the signal had a slight tendancy to "doppler" , giving two readings, but found out that it was just some noise on the 12v line coming from a overworked psu,
(both my roomcomputer and the carpc was running of the psu),
after i installed a bigger capacitor on the powersupply the doppler-effect dissapeared,
its accurate enough to use as a distancemeasur when backing up as long as the formula is good enough, i reccomend testing it indoors to get it right,
this is definitively a must have for the carpc |
